It's great because of the flexibility; many different filter types and four flavours of resonance. But I don't love the character of it so much. Adding resonance VERY quickly removes bottom end and the overall character is not my favourite. I don't have hands on experience with any of the other boards. WebAlso, the Shruthi is duophonic (two voice paraphony) - it is VERY cool to modulate pads with Euro signals. The analog circuit of the Shruthi is almost identical to the Mutable Instruments Ripples filter, but with more filter modes (15!) and 4 different resonance 'flavors'.
