Webwas initially identified through the development of the East Sussex LCWIP. A feasibility study was undertaken to determine the most appropriate route for the scheme which was informed by data collected in traffic, pedestrian and cycle surveys and an analysis of crash data in the wider extent along the proposed route over the last three-year period.
