WebThe Center for the Study of Social Policy (CSSP) is a national, non-profit organization that connects community action, public system reform, and policy change to create a fair and just society in which all chilcren and families thrive. We have offices in Washington, DC, New York, and Los Angeles, as well as partners in 30 states around the county. WebYouth Thrive™ Strengthening Families and Youth Thrive are protective factors frameworks developed by CSSP. The first focuses on families with young children (ages 0–5), and the other on youth ages 11–26. Each includes five factors.
